Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and confident Appointment Setter to join our team. The focus will be on helping a B2B SaaS company grow quickly, from a quiet startup to a well-known business. The right candidate will have excellent speaking skills, a clear voice, and a solid understanding of the B2B SaaS market. Your main task is to find high-potential leads, start conversations, and set up meetings for our sales team. Clear and professional communication skills are important, and a good accent is preferred.

Daily Tasks

Outbound Calls and Outreach: Reach out to decision-makers at B2B SaaS companies, especially those in early or stealth mode. Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to arrange meetings with qualified prospects.

Engaging & Qualifying Leads: Make strong initial contacts, quickly explain our value, and see if prospects are a good fit. Only schedule meetings with genuinely interested and relevant clients.

Strategic Conversations: Talk to prospects about their sales and growth issues. Use thoughtful questions and suggest how our solutions could help them.

Scheduling Meetings: Book insightful discovery calls for our sales reps. Make sure all important details about the prospect are captured for a smooth handoff.

Overcoming Objections: Handle rejections professionally and stay positive. Keep a high energy level and push to succeed.

CRM Updates: Record all outreach efforts and prospects’ info carefully in the CRM system. Keep lead data accurate and updated.

Feedback & Improvements: Share ideas to improve scripts and messaging. Help refine our outreach process for better results.

Market Data Gathering: Collect insights during calls about competitors and client needs. Use this information to support sales and growth plans.

Qualifications

Experience of X years in appointment setting, tele-sales, or as a Business Development Representative (BDR). Proven success in scheduling meetings, especially in B2B SaaS.

Excellent speaking and writing skills. Confident and clear communication. A good accent is a plus for clarity.

Ability to think quickly and adapt conversations. Understand client needs and match them with our services.

Stay persistent, motivated, and competitive. Reach and surpass daily or weekly goals.

Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Familiarity with sales dialers or engagement platforms.

Good listening skills and quick thinking. Spot pain points fast.

Genuine interest in B2B SaaS growth and building new connections.

Past experience with data scraping, lead enrichment, or cold email setups is a bonus.

Knowing how to use outbound sales methods is important. A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a similar field is typically required. Candidates should have experience with outbound sales strategies and techniques. The necessary skills include strong communication, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
